The hotel was excellent in general, had amazing staff with the customer service. The food was cheap with a great selection of choice! Enjoyed the room where the shower was n't working properly, my bed was soft. 

Impeccably clean place & genuinely helpful staff from house keeping to management. Great value unit with the single bed, fresh towels provided plus the bar. Family atmosphere. Remote location, handy base for discovering Middlesbrough🙂 

Airy and tidy room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Particularly good and perfect position on the grass area, in the nice area.

The breakfast is nice, and the location is amazing close enough to the bar restaurant, the attached pub and major road network. The room is lovely with the bedroom and coffee.

The room we were upgraded to was great value and included central heating, flat-screen television, and coffee/tea makers.

Good value for money and brand-new units where the shower was n't working properly, appreciated it. The airport was 19 minutes drive from the place.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the Christmas festivities. We enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities, including the large swimming pool and relaxing jacuzzi. The

No WiFI at all! changed supplier the Hotel I had to go and Buy a Vodafone Dongle at a acost of £45.oo for connectivity although the hotel states free Wi Fi Not the case? not happy. Was in the hotel 5 nights with no WiFi.
